Not all calories the particular same. For example, you'll notice that a person eat cookies you might eat a whole afternoon container ones and still not feel full. Round the other hand, you might eat a slice of bread and peanut butter, some nuts, a chicken or another protein source and immediately feel chock-full. That's because protein might be more filling than simple carbohydrates.
